Pack Your Items

Securely place the phone case in its original packaging to ensure it remains protected from scratches or damage during transit.

Print and Attach Label

Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

Drop Off and Track

Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy; we will process your refund or exchange once the item is inspected.
